Dr. Isaac Mawuko Adusu is a healthcare executive, disability advocate, scholar, and nonprofit leader dedicated to advancing dignity, equity, and opportunity for underserved populations. As Founder and Executive Director of Mawuko Outreach, he provides strategic vision and leadership to drive sustainable programs in disability supports, community development, and policy advocacy.
With over a decade of progressive leadership experience in health and human services, Dr. Adusu currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Adult Services at Seven Hills Rhode Island, where he oversees a comprehensive portfolio of adult residential, day, and specialized programs. He provides strategic direction, operational oversight, quality assurance, and fiscal stewardship to ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services.
He also serves as Regional Director (Northeast) and Board Member for the National Organization for Human Services, where he advocates for policy advancement, professional standards, and systemic reform across multiple states.
Dr. Adusu previously led 13 residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, playing a key role in establishing specialized behavior-intensive services for adults with autism. His leadership includes direct engagement with state policymakers, funding bodies, and advocacy coalitions to advance rate reform and equitable access to services.
His academic credentials include a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS University) and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Worcester State University. He is an elected member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and holds multiple professional certifications in dementia care, safety care training, and mental health first aid.
An accomplished writer and thought leader, Dr. Adusu has published extensively in major professional and trade media on disability services, healthcare leadership, workforce development, and policy reform. His work has been featured in outlets such as Autism Spectrum News and Behavioral Health News, where he addresses systemic challenges in adult services and inclusive care.
In recognition of his impact, he received the Outstanding Leadership in Human Services Award from the National Organization for Human Services in 2025 and the Team Unity Award from the Community Provider Network of Rhode Island in 2024.

Harriet Nana Yaa Opoku is an accomplished development communication specialist, digital media strategist, and producer with over 15 years of experience across Africa, Europe, and the United States. With a strong academic foundation and an extensive media production background, she leverages storytelling as a powerful tool for social transformation.
Currently serving as a Videographer Consultant with UNICEF Ghana, Harriet produces high-quality short and long-form films that communicate programmatic initiatives and advocacy efforts across the country. Her work strengthens UNICEF’s visibility and amplifies impact-driven narratives that advance child protection, education, health, and community development.
As the Founding Director and CEO of Shika Media Concepts, Harriet leads a media-for-development organization specializing in Communication for Development (C4D). Through documentary production and digital storytelling, she helps organizations connect meaningfully with their audiences, raise awareness on critical societal issues, and inspire change through engaging social media content.
